Responsive and down to earth. I’m becoming a new tenant with this agency, and so far my experience has been great. Jodie, was very responsive and accommodating organising additional inspections due to scheduled opens not being tenable. She took time to find out about the owners of the property to make sure we were suitably matched. Was Wellington negotiate additional requests which the owners were happy to approve. Great communication and working relationship makes all the difference. One successful for the property things moved quickly and efficiently. She troubleshot some difficulties with Technology. Her approach was down to earth and professional and I anticipate a great responsive working relationship. I've had very poor experiences in the past with other property management companies on the peninsula, but Abode have been exceptional since I moved to across to them in 2020. They're diligent, incredibly organised, everything is taken care with upmost professionalism. Nothing is forgotten about and they're been attentive to my concerns when considering new tenants. Very thorough inspections. And I think you would recieve the same treatment, weather leasing a granny flat or a mansion.
